Neil Vaswani – Chief Executive Officer

Corestream co-founder, Neil Vaswani, has more than 14 years of experience in the benefits industry. Prior to founding Corestream, he had installed and managed similar Voluntary Benefit solutions for numerous organizations, including Citigroup, GlaxoSmithKline, AOL Time Warner, Applebee’s and Wachovia. After graduating with a BS in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Babson College, Neil went on to work for Merrill Lynch, First Call and a number of startups before starting Corestream in 2006.

Zach Malone – President

Zach Malone has been active in the benefits industry for 14 years. Before co-founding Corestream, he built RiteHealth, a Voluntary Benefits service provider that supplied fee-for-service, discounted health plans utilizing PPO networks. At RiteHealth, Zach managed all aspects of the business including marketing, project management, development, procurement and account management. Zach was previously an investment banking analyst at Commonwealth Associates in New York. Zach graduated with a BS in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Adam Brothers – Chief Financial Officer

Adam Brothers began working in private equity and investment banking in 2000 when he participated in the sale of MessageClick, a startup he helped build and manage, to a public company. Some of his previous affiliations include Himalaya Capital, UBS Capital Americas, W2 Investments and Agile Equity. Adam has also consulted extensively on corporate development, M&A and structured finance projects with firms like Warburg Pincus and SDMA. Adam has over seven years of product development, finance and operations experience with technology, media and telecommunications companies, including Viacom, @radical.media, and Verso Technologies. Adam holds an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in History from Columbia University.

Brad Harris – Chief Technology Officer

Brad Harris provides Corestream with strategic, technical guidance in support of its impressive and rapidly growing portfolio of clients and business partners. Prior to working with Corestream, Brad worked with organizations such as Coca-Cola, Continental, GE, Boeing, Signet Bank, Keane, Manpower Staffing and many others in developing, implementing, and maintaining key business systems. Through the years, Brad has served as an expert speaker at a variety of HR technology events. Brad has a BS in Business Administration (Finance and Marketing) from University of Richmond.
